International Orders

• International orders will ship complete when all items on your order are available to ship.
• Canadian orders with a subtotal over $500 may be eligible for free UPS Ground shipping, unless they are over 150 lb total weight or require a pallet for shipment. Larger orders requiring a pallet will only offer UPS freight shipping methods and are not eligible for our free shipping promotion.
• International orders cannot be modified after they are submitted. After your order has been released to our warehouse and order processing begins, your order cannot be canceled or voided.

Our website can be configured to display pricing in all locations in the currency of your choice. Just log into your web account and go to the "Update My Account Information" page. Here you will see a select menu where you can choose from an extensive list of currencies. Select the currency that matches your location and save your changes. Once this selection is made, you will be able to view pricing across the site in your selected currency, adjusted based on up to date conversion rates. This selection will remain in place unless you choose to update it again.

If your IP address is from a non-US country, or if the default address in your account's address book is outside of the US, you will be routed to our international checkout process when you click the Checkout Now button on our shopping cart page. This system has many benefits, including the ability to translate content into your preferred language, order totals in your country's currency, shipping and payment methods tailored to your country, and the ability to pre-pay customs, duty fees and taxes upfront.

If you are logged into an account, your ship address will be filled in automatically when you are redirected to our international checkout. By defaiult, your billing address will be the same as the shipping address. If you need to enter a different address, click the "Billing Address is Different Than Shipping Address" checkbox, and fill in the address fields. Enter and update any missing details and available UPS shipping methods will populate on the page, with corresponding prices. Click the radio button next to the shipping method of your choice. Enter your credit card details in the Payment box, including your card number, expiration date and CVV code. You may also optionally enter comments or instructions related to your order in the Comments box.

Any duties, taxes and required fees that you would be required to pay upon delivery are factored into your order total, saving you the hassle of paying at the time of delivery. If your order is subject to any fees, the amount owed will be shown directly under the shipping methods with a brief description of what factors into the fees. This may include any of the following: duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, import and VAT taxes, and a prepayment fee. Whether or not your order accrues these fees is dependent on your order total, and the shipping destination. Once you have completed your order, you will be able to see a breakdown of these fees against your order in our Order History area.

Once all information has been entered and reviewed, click the "Place My Order" button to submit your order. You will be redirected back to the SKS Bottle site where your order details will be recorded in our system. This may take a few seconds, so it is best to avoid clicking the back button, reloading the page or going to a different page. Once your order has successfully recorded, you will end up on our Checkout Success page, and your order number will be shown on the screen. You will also receive an order confirmation email at the email address that you supplied during checkout.
