Supplies:
  • Large plastic jars
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1 cup epsom salt
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 25 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
  • 10 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 2 tbsp dried eucalyptus leaves
  • silicon molds


Instructions:
  • Combine & stir baking soda and epsom salts.
  • Add in eucalyptus leaves.
  • Stir in essential oil drops and water.
  • Spoon mixture into silicone molds, pressing firmly to fill the entire mold.
  • Let the mixture sit for 24 hours.
  • Turn molds over, and gently tap to remove the shower bombs. Store in the plastic jars.
  • To use: Place a shower bomb on the floor of your shower. As the warm water dissolves the shower melts, the eucalyptus scent will be released to help alleviate nasal congestion.
